NYC band Guards features members of MGMT, The Cults, and Chairlift. Together they make amazing 60s jangly-pop influenced sounds that channel the spirit of the Kinks and The Beach Boys. They’re offering their EP, plus a 3-track cover songs 7” featuring covers from M.I.A. and Vampire Weekend. Good stuff!
