Marketing Innovation – Interactive Billboards That Are Actually Interactive

We’ve seen some interactive billboards before, but McDonalds has one-upped them all by integrating an actual game of Pong they call “Pick n’ Play.” The game can be played via touch-screen mobile devices through a special website – no application download is necessary. Those who last more than 30 seconds with the game receive a coupon reward, redeemable in-store at a local McDonalds. It’s definitely a giant leap forward from peeling a sticker off the side of a cup.
